However, please be aware that we do not accept returns, provide refunds, or process exchanges except under specific circumstances. 1. Non-Returnable, Non-Refundable, and Non-Exchangeable Items:

All sales at MAKE IT CUSTOMIZED are final. We do not accept returns, provide refunds, or process exchanges for any reason, except for the following scenarios:

  • Quality Issues: If your custom printed apparel arrives with defects, such as misprints, color discrepancies, or damaged items, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. We may require photo evidence to assess the issue, and we will work with you to address the problem.

  • Incorrect Orders: If we have sent you the wrong size, design, or item that differs from your original order, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. We will do our best to correct the error.

  • Lost or Damaged Shipments: If your order is lost in transit or arrives severely damaged, please notify us as soon as possible. We may request photo evidence or other documentation to file a claim with the shipping carrier.
